You can't distance yourself from ethnocentric nature of Pakistani liberal parties, i.e., PPP, MQM, etc. and the bloodshed they have caused. Also, if you're willing to blame Mullahs for 80,000, instead of the political establishment, then I hope you blame Pakistani liberals, Bhutto & Co., for the East Pakistan debacle and the subsequent casualties which are far higher, be they military or civilian.

Being liberal means that you have a functional brain, capable of thinking on its own and not getting impressed by every other trend that (ignorant) people consider cool, liberal mind would hardly feel comfortable with borrowing ideas from a very different culture, a liberal is one who has courage to reject the false norms of his own society, stand against oppression, be just and fully supportive of just causes. A liberal mind is a visionary mind that is capable of pinpointing ills and can think of solutions and logical narratives. Sadly Pakistanis who call themselves liberal are lakeer kay fakeer, they are frogs who just live in a separate pond than rest of Pakistanis and think it's a vast ocean they are living in, they hardly understand problems and have little patience and no brain to have a civilised discussion.

Almost all of the liberals i have meet are literally burgers and p*ssies.
all with them being progressive by wearing western clothes and having an iPhone or their abu buying them expensive stuff etc
not saying that wearing jeans or shirt is wrong i mostly wear them too but it is their way of saying things that like pisses me off
