Between 2013 and 2016, 52 people have been arrested for or been detected to be spying for Pakistan's intelligence agency, Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI). The majority of these agents have been arrested from Punjab, West Bengal and Rajasthan.

However, India should make it's armed forces career more interesting since it's uniformed personal are finding ISI more attractive than their own services.

A family of my relatives have personal experience of being called ISI agent in Agra during a visit to India.
One of my uncle with his wife was waiting in tour bus in front to Taj Mahal. At that time a sweeper came close to them and asked them

Seems like we have the budget that nobody ever imagine alone for an intelligence agency that we hired almost every asset abroad being honey trapped. Rather to evaluate their own internal system and low pay grade, it is easy to blame everything but another attempt for more fund and ISI-phobia. The thing is, we never disclosed that much of arrests of any foreigner asset within Pakistan as much as India breaks the news everyday and such numbers proves that they really lacks the system to counter.
