Again I am asking you the same question Do you have any comprehension issue ? ,GoI through their MEA/Foreign policy channel uses several nation's name several times
But in India noone blame foreigners if our Govts failed in their job.
Noone in here leaves their main local problems when they hear Pakistans name .
But in Pakistan even trains will paint for Kashmir propogangda and anti India policy .

We knows you need our acknowledgement that you are a main subject in India ,but sorry my friend ,except Kashmir and CBT you are nothing in here .

Between 2013 and 2016, 52 people have been arrested for or been detected to be spying for Pakistan's intelligence agency, Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI). The majority of these agents have been arrested from Punjab, West Bengal and Rajasthan.

I do not consider the ISI to be competent agency. they are capable of pulling a few stunts like Mumbai etc (I am not sure if they were behind the Mumbai attacks). They do not have the resources and technical expertise to compete with the Indian security establishment. The CIA exposed their achilles heel on Bin Laden. i have no idea what the Indian media is trying to accomplish here.
