Which one is the most latest ?

Submarines type Borei are latest.Also improved version of Kilo is a new one.Lada class(if my memory is right) is just first of many and can be seen as experimental model.Also i have read a news - currently manufactured Kilo class submarines will be last ones build for Russian Navy.In the future Navy will get Lada class subs with a new design(which will be tested this summer).
