I would say the US would be the most important country in the world. Given the fact that the whole world deals in dollars. 1 week of cutting oil, will actually affect Saudi more. Without revenue what are they gonna do? As for the US, if you remember they have some of the largest oil reserves too. Plus they get a lot from Venezuela.
