I have become disillusioned with this pakistani state in the recent years... I can’t believe how brain washed we were to blindly follow pakistan.
Is the defense budget only for killing pakistanis?
Indians and afghanis kill these guys every day and they never manage to get even.. but they shoot this kid in front of his mother.
Pakistani army needs its wings clipped once and for all...no government institution should be able to kill its own citiZens without any repercussions.

My understanding is that the Frontier Corps has already conducted an internal investigation, found cause and handed over the individual involved in the shooting to local law enforcement for further investigation and possible prosecution.

I have said it before.. we need to over throw this elite class that is holding our country hostage that won’t ever deliver justice to us... we have to get unsafe the hard way for from these people..

If the other soldiers had no idea that one particular soldier was going to open fire on a non-combatant, deliberately or accidentally, then they cannot be held responsible. The same goes for the CO of the unit - if no orders to open fire were given that were outside defined RoE, then the CO should not be held responsible for the actions of one individual.
