It depends on which agency he was working with in Pakistan. In any case, Pakistan should follow proper procedures in dealing with this case according to the law.

Disagree with the first part, it does not depend on the agency, whether he is CiA, dea, or fbi, they must be registered, if not then, that is voilation of the protocol.
Its not like we dont have any of the registered CIA personnel working at us embassy islamabad.

Please consider that a certain agency escorted RD from the court to the airport even though his name was still on the ECL. So if this person is working for a similar agency, anything goes.

I do agree that taking firearms on a civilian flight is against the law and proper procedures should be followed to resolve the case.

LOL , happened to my dad it was only 3 or so bullets. once call from the dg isi's office and the issue was resolved. for an ordinary Peron, it is a major, major issue even if it happens by mistake..
