Pakistan is already trying some 6 ppl in connection with the attacks, but unfortunately in lahore high court - the best friend of terrorists outside of rawalpindi.

If Pakistan wasn't taking action against the perpetrators of 26/11 Mumbai attacks, then why is it trying 6 people in connection to the attack? Why are you contradicting yourself?

The men that are being tried have been accused of acting out of their individual capacity. To implicate the JuD in the attacks, you were asked to provide evidence against Hafiz Saeed (the head of the organization) implicating him, but you failed to do that.

The terrorist org is based in pakistan, trains in pakistan, raises funds in pakistan (even before the so called lift of ban as you claimed), plans attacks in pakistan, launches them from pakistani soil, coordinates from pakistani soil, the perpetrators are pakistani.

The Pakistani authorities have clamped on the LeT network & taken significant action against them. Your nation was asked to prove the evidence linking the LeT & JuD, but you failed to do that.

Yes, the JuD was banned in Dec. 2008 in alleged links with the LeT, but you failed to provide any evidence to support your allegations. The LeT has been banned from raising funds in Pakistan.

Both LeT and JuD(an alias LeT adopted after it was banned by UN) were declared terrorist organisations based on evidence provided to it.

Both LeT and JuD(an alias LeT adopted after it was banned by UN) were declared terrorist organisations based on evidence provided to it.

Pakistan has a different stance from the UN on JuD (not on the LeT), just like India has a different stance from the UN on Kashmir being disputed territory. Pakistan has asked India for evidence that links JuD to the LeT, but they have failed to do so.
