S-400 is not that great if you get only a few systems without the 400km missile (92N6?40N6?). It's fragile to drones carrying small anti-radiation precision bombs or the long range quided rockets (200-300km). If a war breaks out we would send a lots of drones，cruise missiles， rockets to eliminate the s-400 radars or simply to fire an EM bomb that kills everything electronic.
