Yes there is some truth in what she writes but not a lot of balance. Nobody said New Zealand is perfect, there is always going to be ignorance and prejudice towards minority groups in any country. As a native New Zealander I have experienced this all my life, I learned to ignore it.

But she could be living in much worse countries. She should try moving to China and try whinging in the media about this, or any number of other countries.

I was thinking about the same it is a good article but instead of slamming the governments or politicians she slammed two countries.

She started off good then she went to usual tirade of slamming a nation. This is no different than slamming a whole religion because of a few retards.

She is from Afghanistan no doubt she feels bitter about what happened to her country.

I've met a few Afghans here and they seem to be a different case to other Muslims here, they tend to carry more grievance. Living in a state of grievance tends to influence a persons perceptions, the author is more likely to notice negativity. But it is better to count ones blessings.

Neither do I, I give anybody the same respect and like to learn about them. I tried to find some common ground with some Afghans and was met with anger, they thought I was being intrusive just for asking about them. Fair enough I decided and just let it go.
