People do not look down upon countries that do worse than NK.
Every country has her social problems.
It takes time for nation building.

But it seems like a different case for SP2012.
Its RSSers talk about nonexistent high HDI when they are hungrier than North Koreans.
It gives us legitimacy to single out this biggest bragger.
