  • Imran will emerge victorious again against the opposition

    Votes: 49 45.4%
  • Imran will be removed as PM but will become more Khatarnak for the opponents

    Votes: 31 28.7%
  • Imran will be removed, put on ECL, Jailed , media blackout and party broken into different groups

    Votes: 14 13.0%
  • No one will gain anything and democracy will be derailed

    Votes: 14 13.0%

  • Total voters
    108
BEST OUTCOME:
The Trump Card turns out to be JKT and PML-Q surprising the opposition and announcing their allegiance with Imran Khan (PTI). Will turn out that this game was played to flush out snakes. Opposition fails in no-confidence motion. IK gives them the royal salute and dissolves assemblies, calls fresh elections. New election date announced. IK comes back with new (non-electable) candidates, wins 2/3rd majority, brings presidential system.

I don't think the PM or President can dissolve assemblies after 18th amendment. But I agree, elections should be held asap.

IK can resign and go home and appoint someone else as his replacement. PTI should be allowed to complete 5 years. Democracy, Constitution and Country is more important then narcissist Niazi.

If IK is removed, lanat ho opposition par. Selling themselves for gadari. Once they come, they will pass laws which protect them, say goodbye to voting machines, say goodbye to their corruption proofs. Say goodbye to naehli.

Good going sir.... People like you are pride of Pakistan.
Your comment reminds me why democracy has always been a curse for Pakistan. Why everyone shouldn't be allowed to vote in a country like Pakistan.

No confidence motions are a normal political exercise in democratic countries. In the case of Pakistan, it's a completely different matter. Since our political history no one has ever been dislodged by a no-confidence vote, the sitting Govts always have unlimited tools to quash the motion.

This time around some well-seasoned opponents have lined up to take on the might of the Govt. It would have been an ideal situation to let the govt complete its full tenure, but since our inception, no PM has ever completed its full tenure. If the move succeeds the new incumbent govt will become very unpopular in a very short space of time, unless they have a good strategy to deal with the KHATARNAK Imran Khan.

Whatever the outcome, the next two weeks will decide our political direction. I hope sanity will prevail, things will settle down amicably and there will be no turmoil on the streets. :pakistan: :pakistan: :pakistan:

jab miyan biwi razi to kya karega kazi

Establishment and PMIK are on the same page.

Shameful

A country cannot be treated as some sort of a sports. This callous naive attitude in midst of Indian misadventures is a hallmark of how detached populism is with reality.

If the government cannot formulate a policy for Indian aggression, they should not distract the masses through such age old tactics. Silence on the matter is criminal as per constitution of Pakistan.

The executive authority of the country should restructure the advisory council to war time measures given the unsustainable unconventional war imposed on the country.

Don't know but there are three things that seem out of place to me and I can be wrong.

1) The establishment always has a real-time reading of which way the public is inclined. And it is clear that the public at large still supports IK. So while establishment has publicly and overtly distanced itself from these political activities going on, I strongly feel that a more complex game is in play behind the scenes - a game which involves (a) further exposing the rottenness of this current political parliamentary system; (b) identifying para-troopers / snakes and exposing the; and (c) let this government fall in order to bring back a cleaner and stronger political setup in the next five to six months (by October max). A government free from the rottenness of previous decades, based on a stronger platform (Presidential) and supported by technocrats.

2) JKT - whatever I know of this person, and I have known him since the past several years, also on a personal level, it is my reading that he will not screw IK in this manner. Despite all the differences he might have with IK, this (what is happening currently in Sindh House ISB) is not JKT. So I'm expecting a surprise from JKT during final overs, and which basically is to facilitate (1) above.

3) PML-Q - these chaps are not getting the CM-ship from PML-N. That's clear. PPP cannot convince PML-N to do this either. CM-ship will remain within Sharif family (Hamza). So, I don't understand what Parvez and Monis Elahi have to gain from this. They are better off in alliance with PTI and even much better off being absorbed into PTI. So, in case of PML-Q also, I feel there's more at play here and a surprise from this side will also be coming shortly.

The third surprise which I am expecting, if the above 3 stand true, is on the D-day, there'll be a number of (between 12 to 20) opposition members who will suddenly go AWOL and not vote.
Whatever the outcome Pak needs to go into an election within six months, preferably under IK...

An immediate election if it results from the removal of IK might be the best option. A random and disgusting mix of different opportunists at the helm is something that should be avoided. IK going is not all bad for democracy, he isn’t really a democrat in practise, it’s just sad that yet another serving PM will be kicked out before a full term.

Fazloo will be President and PM will be Bilawal or Shahbaz Shareef and CM of punjab........ ?? chaloo ji pher sa sara chor or fraudio ka tabbar hokumat kara ga
