The targets are caves,mountaines areas,how many can hide in a cave or behind some rocks,you think?
These terrorists act in small groups,they fight with guerilla tactics and thats why its difficult to kill many of them at once.
Look at the news,never more the 15 terrorists killed in a fight.

You need to read the statements more carefully and try and ignore Turkish media bullshit.

They state they hit things like ''gecis guzergahlari, yasam yerleri'' etc. If a target has strategic value, are you really bombing an ''empty'' target?

Succes cannot be measured by a body count.

without counting Police arresting operations. Then we have a ratio of 1:20.
