What's new

The expanding Shiite Crescent

Well,

Apart from India's economic progress, Iranian mullah's have been the primary reason that Indo-Saudi relations have improved in past couple of years.

Is it not true?:what:

I believe so Yes. Gradually, the relations have been developing over the last 3 decades positively.

India does have an independent policy to such an extent but some pressure is applied from time to time.

The Iranian-Pakistanis relations won't get better than these days.

.
@Armstrong, what's wrong with these people? Can't digest such stuff....

Religious beliefs are to be respected! Bad Hype! :astagh:

Btw...are you people operating in BD again..they've started dreaming about downing our air force again! :disagree:

All countries have to apply pressure..provide carrots..get demure sometimes.

The only thing we don't appreciate is someone dicking about in our internal affairs and foreign policy decisions... sometimes the US tries and finds itself at a disadvantage..they pushed us to back the sanctions on Iran in return for the nuclear deal and the NSG waiver.

Once we got the deal and waiver they found out that they were going to get nothing out of it since we wouldn't curtail the liability bill and completed the port in Iran..now the state sponsored nuclear energy companies of France, Canada, Japan, Australia and Russia are cashing in on what the Americans had though to be theirs. Having lots of friendly nations about is wonderful isn't it. :D

Bhawawwawawawawawwawawawawwawa...... :D

And apparently they shall be funding jihadis against Burma too.........positively weird! :cuckoo:

That's why India doesn't buy weapons from the US or maintains more like or an alliance with them whatsoever. It's not about what the US wishes and wants all the time, but countries look for their best interests. You don't have to worry about civil nuclear energy the French has got big things on their own.

For us, we are just worried about Syria for now, if France is willing to help out we might sign the DR with them because we need it.

What are the chances though that Iran will try and send in its conventional forces on a MUCH larger scale into Syria? That would cause some real problems...IF they had been smart they would have found a way to replace Asad with a pro-Iran democratic setup...tough luck for them.

And LeJ is funded by Hindus.. Typical delusional character... Your ISI and KSA money is behind all this sect violence...

They also think shias are behind all the terrorism in Pakistan!:cheesy: maybe that's why Pakistan is a failed state, enjoy your taliban

The Iraians have been sending troops from day 1. Officially, this is the second slip of a tongue being heard from an Iranian official. As such, We might predict a response by someone.

Both of KSA and Qatar have been trying to lure the Russians with arm deals packages but they NO'ed us.

Without Iraqi complicity, no large scale troop movement from Iran to Syria is possible.

Even after Iraq's compliance, there is only one border crossing on Iraq-Syria border that is in hand of Assad and furthermore, it would create internal strife in Iraq.

I agree. But you know, I honestly feel sorry for the Syrian people for what they had gone through.

So, are we going to blame all Hindus for that? :/

A lot of Pakistani posters feel that we fund the TTP and LeJ even! Hilarious considering that we are against any form of taliban..we have been fighting the LeT and the Hizbul in Kashmir for the last 20 years..every one from Hafiz to Omar to Hakimullah were born out of the same ideology..and we like to pop them rather than even talk to them. As good as stating that KSA is funding the Hezbos. :omghaha:

Disgusting!

Who was the responsible party? Dingbats should be dipped into a tank of tiger-sharks.

Well,

People have always been treated as pawns in game for power.

And frankly speaking, common people are not so innocent as Cultural marxism assumes them to be.

People enjoy the spoil of war that comes from their group's ascendancy over another group. Alawaites in Syria has cornered disproportionate resources by because their group is ascendant over another Syrian groups like Kurds and Sunnis. Similar was the case in Saddam's Iraq where Sunnis cornered much more resources which would have been their's by virtue of their guy being in power. Another example would be Libya and Bahrain too.

So common people are as much as an accessory to war as a solider is.They enjoys spoil of war if their group is victorious and negative consequences if they are not.

Feeling sorry is okay only to a certain extent. If we look at it realistically, war relating sufferings are part of laws of nature.
