More Sophiscated Direct Current (MVDC) EMALS is known to be more Stable and Reliable than Alternating Current (MVAC) EMALS like ford use.

That’s admitted not only by Chinese Scientist but also scientist from many other countries.

You guys need 4 years from launch to commissioning ford (2013 to July 2017), and IOC only in December last year (Another 4,5 years) That’s bring The Total for Almost 9 Years from launching, because many troubles happen in ford (Again, this is not Chinese media claim But Yours Media and Your Admiral that claimed that)

China just launch CVBG-18 yesterday, so just patience and seeing Chinese Navy Commissioning and reach IOC much faster than your ford carrier

The Ford completed flight deck certifications through 400 day and night launches and recoveries for deployment later this year. In other words, the Ford is performing well. 8,500 total EMALs launches.

The Type 3 hasn't even begun EMALS testing. There is no comparison.

I don’t believe that 004 has been built yet. There are too many new tech on 003 and better take some time to digest them. If China need carriers so urgent, why not build two 003s at once? (Buy one get one free) All three, Liaoning, Shandong and Fujian, are one ship for one class. That means all these three are research models. Once all tech criteria are finalized, Maybe on 004, China can build its carrier fleets very fast.

China did not start manufacturing destroyers in large numbers until 052D. 004 I think will be mass produced, with no less than 6 ships of that class.

Any indication of the composition of the air wing; which aircrafts and in what numbers? Some analysts say approx. 50-53 Fighter aircraft including J-15D. Plus approx. 17-20 support aircraft for a total of 70 aircraft.
