They did dominated the Nazis over Europe due to bad Luftwaffe planning and decision to use Me-262 as a bomber instead of a fighter by Hitler where it was a pure air superiority fighter. If Me-262 would have employed properly earlier it would have a devastating impact on the 8th air force bomber formations.

Simple answer, no. Germany lacked the resources to build enough Me 262s to defeat the the 8th AF .The industrial power of the US was already enough. Using the available MEs as fighters instead of bombers would not have changed anything.

Besides, the allied P 51 Mustang was more than a match for the jet fighters in dogfights.
