Congress and it's dirty trick has made the people sick. Moreover, the word Sonia-Mafia is an acceptepted as the most corrupt people in the country. Actually it is fountain if corruption. Me and manyy people are against Raul becoming pm. He has no caliber , no leadership skill. Congress is on it's downhill...

If the experience of Anna's similar campaigns in Maharashtra (where he caught public eye too) in the past is anything to go by, then

1) People will soon forget AND
2) Voting time people vote based on their other criteria (identity)

Besides this poll was conducted in cities, where media played a big role, rural India is a different story.

Even though I am a BJP supporter and been voting for them since i was 13 yrs. old, I dont see them coming to power so easily..The whole party structure is destroyed in some states because of some incompetent persons like Rajnath Singh at helm..

i am tired of corruption which is one reason why i have not been back to Delhi, seriously i mean bribes is a everyday thing over there like sleeping and eating when i was at IG airport the guy at the luggage drop off wanted me to pay him 15,000 rs to get my bags on the airplane i argued with him for 3 hours (i lost my temper and cussed him out in Punjabi) and almost missed my flight but i did not have to pay a bribe

in my view a strong Lokpal bill is needed the penalty for corruption should be death that will teach these SOB's a lesson we must pass a strong lokpal and launch a crusade against the corrupt

oh and anyone who asks for a bribe or tries to give a bribe should be beaten with a stick (my views )

i don't believe in populism i am for both liberal and conservative policies but the socialist economic policies of the Congress party is why India has been plunged in poverty since independence the license raj and the other socialist inspired policies screwed us over that were supported under Nehru and IG

at the time of our independence our per capita GDP was similar to South Korea's and China's today SK and PRC per capita GDP is much higher that ours because of the 40 years of license raj

we need to be as capitalist as possible the labor laws in our country are just ridiculous we need reforms and a lot of them and we need a political party that will deliver them and push India into the future as a superpower

BJP can do that but they are not secular CONgress is psuedo-secular and will not do the same adding they are much more corrupt than the BJP

To get rid of pro religious and pseudo secular parties we need drastic changes in our democratic and political system. For that people must understand that both BJP, Congress as well as other parties play with people's feelings about religion and caste not the main points of poverty, development and other basic needs.

Indians needs to change, thats the good outcome of Anna Hazare led movement. All political parties understood that people are fed up with their BS. But the Jan Lokpal bill supported by educated middle class, more so by the people from cities and towns. These feeling still far away to touch rural India in a massive way. This is a big problem.

^^^^^ exactly we need REFORMS the system we adopted does not work we need to adopt a new system that will work

and since most of our population lives in rural areas there should be a rural development plan e.g giving villages a hospital or medical center, water, electricity from solar grid, the works

the 2 development ministries need to be expanded as well the poorest regions must be developed as quickly as possible and building of infrastructure is also needed

caste, religion, sex, should not matter the PRC and US separation of state and religion should be implemented into our system keep religion, ethnicity, away from the state

And yes, we need a secular somewhat conservative party. We need major reforms mainly in the public sector, education and infrastructure..
