Pictures of an Israeli flag accompanied by a banner reading "Thank you Mossad" on a bridge in Tehran spread across social media overnight on Monday, in the aftermath of the assassination of Iranian nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, which Iranian officials have blamed on Israel.
The flag was reportedly raised on a bridge in the Pars neighborhood of Iran's capital.

The photos seem to have been first published by the Twitter account of Vahid Online, who tweeted that he received the images from Tehran.

The open source intelligence social media account Intelli Times tweeted that it was able to verify the authenticity of the photos and video based on the vehicles seen in the video and the Kalleh Dairy advertisement behind the flag.

Iranian law bans the use of Israeli flags, symbols or signs. Iranians and visitors to the country associated or allegedly associated with Israel have ended up imprisoned or executed in the past. Iran often brutally cracks down on protests against the state, with some protesters receiving prison and death sentences.

Amid anti-government protests at the beginning of 2020, students from Tehran avoided walking on massive American and Israel flags that were placed on the road in front of them.
Fakhrizadeh was one of the main officials behind Iran's nuclear program and was first the head of Project Amad, the country's nuclear weapons program, and then the Organization of Defensive Innovation and Research (SPND), which Israel claims continued the work conducted under Project Amad. Iran has blamed Israel for his assassination and has threatened to retaliate.

Personally, one can hate the regime of his country. But anyone who sides with outsiders against his own nation, is pretty much a traitor.

People should bring change internally, not seek outside help. Outsiders get involved so that it benefits themselves, and the outcome is worse.

So German antifascists during the WW2 were traitors?

Lol some Iranian nationalists REALLY hate the current theocratic regime

There were some Hezbollah posters near Israeli nuclear facilities... lame attempt.

I am a Iranian nationalist and i side with the current government against outsiders. Just because you are supposedly ''beaten'' by your father at home does not mean you should bring people from outside to beat your dad. No honor in such a thing. All Iranian nationalists think pretty much the same.

This is the action of some MEK cult members.

Israelis will die in the future at the hands of Iranians, again. Guaranteed. Matter of time.

Yeah most share your mindset but some are bananas.

You can't compare Nazi Germany with Iran.
Life in Iran is definitely less curtailed than in Saudi Arabia and other Arab nations, and they're not doing a genocide. The issue is politics, not of life and death.

You tell me what good brought American intervention in Libya, Syria, and Iraq?
Have you seen it, or are you blind to it?

Three countries, three decades: one lesson for nationalists, stop bringing in outsiders and foreigners.

From the point of the "normal living" (and brainwashed) ordinary Germans and from the political-ruling party - view? Yes, they were.
Are all Norks who don't like ma thicc boi Kimmi traitors for NK? Yes they are.
There are different systems, moral values, different sight on "good"/"bad" etc.
I would even defend a Jewboi when a German wanna tell him about morale values but THAT Jew is living in Israel.
Israel = Israel rules.
Germany = German rules.
Iran = Iranian rules.
etc.

If "you" don't like them (especially in case of Muslims/Jews/Marsians) because Germans changed this/that law, then you can go.
For sure it is wrong when you kill someone for a thing he can't change (Race as example), you can/could (under diverse law-changes) kick them out (throwing people out of a country = not killing them...) if they don't behave the way the countries wants it.

.
All of this really doesn't look good for Iran at all ... Israel is basically committing naked acts of war against Iran with complete impunity. Iran has to at least somewhat retaliate in order to prove it is still a sovereign state.

. .
If not in few years, then after few decades Israeli flag will be waving in Saudi too..

lol "nationalists", these are MEK terrorists and separatists. Iranian nationalists never support such terrorism against their nations scientists. I think maybe you confused liberal-internationalists (so called monarchists) for nationalists.

No.

Good attempt.

Iran is doing genocide in Syria. More than 12 million people slaughtered, gassed, tortured, starved to death and expelled from their homes.

Iran is openly trying to make genocide in Israel, but miserably failed.
No. If someone killed Hitler it could save lives of millions of Germans as well. So that would be most patriotic action ever.

But one would never expect Israelis to rise up against their Gov for brutalities against Palestinians right?
Israel is a democracy. U can vote against government and protest as much as u wish.

This is Tel Aviv:

Iranian who support killers of nuclear scientists are not traitors, are just d*mb*sses.

Nuclear states are respected.

Non-nuclear states are pissed in the face by nuclear states.

Israel should start to develop real nuclear weapons, and stop of s*cking American c*cks (the only they know to do since decades ago).

Nuclear weapons means peace, and cold war was the prove of this.

Only arrogant nuclear states and puppet vassals states reject the right to develop nuclear weapons.

Sovereignty can not be a thing that you ask to someone.

If you are a sovereign country under threats of war, you must develop nuclear weapons.
