The conference was in Pakistan. Agenda was set by all the countries in the confence and Kashmir declaration was added to conference by Pakistan. Tells us a lot.

But for the sake of discussion even under UN resolutions if you think pakistan is going to be at any advantage then that is very innocent of you.
So for the starters when is pakistan going to vacate its part of kashmir. ?

When is India formally going to announce that it is ready for a referendum under UN and hold a plebiscite? Once you do that i dont think Pakistan will have a problem vacating since that will also require India to lower its forces in Kashmir and allow UN observers to start the process.
