Even your own media sometimes accepts truth for a change and accept the development that has happened in AJK
*yawn* The UN resolution which you harp so much about says that.Nahhh it is not disputed no one considers is only India make rouge claims.
Thank you Pakistan Military this all is the result of successful operation of Pakistani forces in Iraq.
*yawn* The UN resolution which you harp so much about says that.
Don't quote
Showcase it to the world
Tell the whole world about your progress in GB and Azad Kashmir and make Indians envy
Here is the rub, whenever the chips are down and incase of a war India enjoyed a diplomatic support from most of the world powers. Remember '71? Remember '99? Even your closest ally China has not changed her policy and stand on Kashmir. All this declaration says is following :My purpose was to show Indian failed diplomacy and it has served the cause. Regarding UN resolution it has just been given new life the whole point is to prove Indian as rouge regime and it is serving it's purpose.
Here is the rub, whenever the chips are down and incase of a war India enjoyed a diplomatic support from most of the world powers. Remember '71? Remember '99? Even your closest ally China has not changed her policy and stand on Kashmir. All this declaration says is following :
"We agreed that for ensuring global and regional peace and stability, the issue of Jammu & Kashmir needs a peaceful resolution by Pakistan and India in accordance with UN Security Council resolutions"
It still keeps the issue bi-lateral and still keep it in "accordance with UNSC resolution". Neither India nor Pakistan is going to move the forces out of Kashmir anytime soon. Heck as people said, if India were present in this forum, she would have also signed this declaration. Such type of statements have been given by multiple government heads from both the countries. Changes nothing! Everyone agrees that Kashmir issue is to be resolved peacefully and yet when-ever an resolution is in the sight, an attack or similar incidence happens and it is back to same-old same-old.
Since when the Kashmir issue has been about Kashmiris? Even the declaration says "by India and Pakistan" and "in accordance to UN resolution" and not according to will of the Kashmiri people.kashmir hasent been this anti indian since the 1990s as hindutva rises in india and the space for indian muslims shrinks , Kashmiris become ever more aware if the need to seperate from india
Since when the Kashmir issue has been about Kashmiris? Even the declaration says "by India and Pakistan" and "in accordance to UN resolution" and not according to will of the Kashmiri people.
Here is the rub again, how do you know Kashmiri even want to be part of a 'Muslim state', without doing any plebiscite? For all we know, Kashmiri have been harping about 'Independent Kashmir' since the beginning. This is why I say Kashmir issue is about India and Pakistan and nothing to do with Kashmiri or what they want.Kashmiris are free are they not, they should have the right to determine their future in a democratic referendum
all they want is partition fulfilled so they can be part of a Muslim state not a cowering muslim minority with a chain around their neck waiting for the next hindutva mob

I am yet to see any commitment from Pakistan to remove forces from GB and Azad Kashmir. Neither a independently nor any joint proposal with India to remove forces Indian Administered Kashmir and Azad Kashmir at the same time. Heck, Pakistan has even ceded a part of Kashmir to China for her interests. When was this decided with a joint voting in Kashmir? This is why the entire point is back to square one. Kashmir issue is about interests of India and Pakistan and Kashmiris are no party to it.We are confident
we are ready to have a cross Kashmir referendum
Kashmiri muslims must be allowed to make their choice

Well, UN decreed that to have a referendum, you need to have independent UN forces present in the region with forces of both nations withdrawn. It never happened. How can you hold a referendum when both the side will go to any extent to tilt the vote in their favor?Removing forces is not a realistic request nor is it required to have a referendum
Following the slaughter of partition and the first war, handing over Kashmir to hindu forces was unthinkable
today we have had a independent Muslim state for 70 years and the idea of handing over a Muslim state full of muslims/ pakistani citizens to a increasingly hindutva indua is intolerable
nevertheless to have a free and fair referendum with international observers ensuring fairness neither army needs to be removed just the agreement that Kashmiris have the democratic right to choosh their future
once again as a Muslim of Kashmiri background we are confident of the outcome
the hindus know also that is why they refuse to have a referendum and give the Kashmiris a choice

Also, again you harp about 'Muslims of the Valley' being Pakistani citizens by default. Here is the simple fact: Kashmiris primarily want an independent country of their own. Nothing to do with Islam or anything but with their own identity. I highly doubt Pakistan is ready to give away GB and Azad Kashmir to them. Neither is India.
