Samjhota Express is not a fabrication.

State sponsored terrorism it was and the evidence has been presented to the highest court in India which was then hushed away due to some national security mantra.

Every peace initiative by Pakistan has always been sabotaged by non state actors in India which the Indian state protects.

You can see investigations took place, this guy aseemananda and others were arrested but lack of conclusive evidence meant they had to be released. the Lashkar e toiba connection also did not go too far.
what evidence of state sponsored terrorism have you come across? whether it is the Pakistano state or the Indian state, if they did it, it is wrong
