This side-law is against "mass conversion" to punish Dalits if they converted en masse to Buddhism. There are so many marriages between hindu girls and muslim men.....how come it is always the hindu girls who convert. Are you aware of any muslim (men or women) who converted to hinduism for marriage?

BTW - Nawazuddin Siddiqui (& his mother) asked his wife to convert. He mentioned in his biography.

Visa processing has been outsourced to these IVACs managed by State Bank of India, in short, getting an Indian visa is as easy as getting a ticket for local bus.

This conversion business in a Hindu-Muslim marriage in year 2021 is awkward. Actually not necessary. I think it happens because the Muslim husband already feels social pressure for marrying a Hindu girl and that doubles if he does not seek her conversion.

Some years ago the Muslim-majority African country of Tunisia passed a law allowing Muslim women to marry non-Muslim men. This is one side of progress.

In context of what you asked, Muslim men who have married Hindu women have already gone a bit towards being current and progressive. They will be no kattar mullahs. So they should go a bit more and accept the girl as is.

On PDF you will see some Pakistani male members, usually young, speak against such marriages. But they are just being non-sensible because they live in surroundings where such dalliances don't usually occur, and these type of members will also be against things like Aurat March and the Laal leftist / progressive music band.

Pakistan and india has insane manpower like china and i want local ev startups to be succesfull in india and pakistan so they can produce cheap ev bikes and cars. It can truly benefit middle or lower class.

If india start creating their own shit then it will create competition in region and pakistan will be forced to create their own shit too and its healthy capitalist competition is what i hope for as it will benefit the whole region.
