NATO & Afghan forces knew that they have no threat from TTP directly so they left that place. They knew that Pakistan will suffered by these militants so that was their plan giving safe heaven to TTP.

Even Taliban presence in Swat was preplanned project by US/NATO & Afghan army & after defeat of their beloved TTP they are providing place for further practices against Pakistan.

I think if you add the interests and machinations of Al-Qaida in this mix, it will not be so easy to say that NATO and Afghan forces have planned this or that this is part of some grand plan by them -- what I think is fair to say is that the Pakistan army has found some work in agencies other than NWA

Because Nuristan is a province in Afghanistan and a surgical strike on another sovereign country is an act of war. And i dont believe Pakistan is in a position to "punish" Afghanistan when NATO and US are around.

Speaking of double standards. Sadly you dont feel the same when US drones strikes in Pakistan and neither would have felt the same when India was talking about possible surgical strikes in Pakistan.
