The inhabitants of IVC were Tamils/Dramila whom the Aryans and scholars identified as Dravidas (or dasyus /asuras etc). The seal as been used has evidence by Iravatham Mahadevan, a specialist in Indus script to attest that its an Dravidian tradition that was practised about 4,000 years ago in the IVC.

We are living under a myth called secularism. No tolerance for others tradition and customs. Always some one try to push their traditions on someone who follows something else.

Hinduism dont allow beef consumption, Islam don't allow pork consumption. 100s asking the government to ban beef, but yet to see an organisation which asks to ban pork. It's none of anyone's business to intervene on others customs, don't over react for everything. For once, I need to agree on the opposition.

Regarding Jalllikattu, an expert panel has to examine the stress levels of these animals, if found more than the ones in slaughter houses or bullock carts then banning is fine otherwise I dont agree with it.

To hold Jallikattu to be illegal, the Court had to first find that it causes pain to bulls and then that the sport itself is unnecessary. The Spanish senate recently declared Bull fighting to be a part of Spanish cultural heritage and granted it constitutional protection. But unlike bull fighting in the West, Jallikattu is entirely bloodless. The Supreme Court has not deemed it necessary to spare even one line in its lengthy judgment to discuss the rules of Jallikattu.
