everyone wants to troll India. These actions simply show that they are frustrating you. ISIS is not physically present there. Kashmiris have always been moderate and liberal people but if Hindu extremist groups continue to insult Islamic scriptures like this then there is good possibility that ISIS would find an excuse to enter India and IoK.
