I think you are talking about muhajirs, Although i am not from south, Muhajirs are some of the most patriotic pakistanis i have met. If you want to know the love of pushtoons for pakistan go to pushtoon forum and see yourself pakistani pushtuns from malakand, swat, swabi openly slandering and cursing pakistanis especially punjabis.

Exactly! Theres been tons of instances online where indians and afghans try to be Pathan or Baloch and then try to rant against Pakistan. The best thing is to talk to people from Khyber-P and FATA and hear what they have to say. Don't listen to weridos with no life and then assume all Pathans hate Pakistan or something dumb like that.

find a Pakhto or Baloch speaker to reply to them....its almost 90% certain they will be indian or some other nationality

especially you'll find some rabble-rousers on youtube and elsewhere. Best to just ignore them because as you rightly put it, on the ground people's opinions are totally different. at the time of Independence the Afghans attacked Pakistan, rather captured Miran Shah, So Jinnah went to Peshwar to meet with the tribal elders, they vowed to be part of Pakistan... this is the actual bone of contension for the Afghans, they were like what? rejected, instead of gaining more territory.... same is the case here with Bharties. rejected and since then frustrated !
