Was wondering same thing. If static display was the aim, then one aircraft was more than enough. Two aircrafts for static display...?

JF-17 is veteran in airshows now- veterans seldom fly-
Tejas is new to the game - let it fly-

PAF cancelled JF-17 flying display after hearing HAL Tejas will be participating.

another theory is we were suppose to send 10 JF-17 to the airshow- after hearing about Tejas participating only 2 agreed to come -

PAF has taken its C130 to several Air shows....Is it Pakistan's product ?

I think it's just the company who asks the owner to do it. Its kind of free advertisements.....

And who knows... we need around 20 more heavy lifters.... may be a Globemaster assembly line in India ?
