IMO Iran should Joint Co-operation with Indonesian Aero-Company ( PT. Dirgantara ) in this regard, our company have many experience built passenger or military planes,

infact we have 2 project of passenger planes but both project cancelled because IMF told us to do so, thats happened after Indonesia got hit with economic crisis, and our goverment fall on the hand of those leechs called IMF

just give us fund to starting the project again

N2130 (N stand for Nusantara) capacity 80-100 passengers

N250 capacitity 50-70 passengers

This isn't possible because any plane with more than 10 percent of American origin cannot be sold to Iran due to sanctions. And engines themselves according to their point of view consist much more than 10 percent. Also such cooperation would result your aerospace company to be sanctioned by US and it's allies.

CN-235 is Joint coopertion between Dirgantara Indonesia and CASA Spain,and yes its beautifull plane

I am not saying about CN-235 but a new aircraft being design in joint development with China that has 7 bladed composite blades with composite airframe. Like two models one CN-235 with twin engines(11 of them for PAF transport) and C-130 with four engines(21 of them for PAF transport). Any may be another 11 CN-235 class with twin engines for AEW&Cs. I am sure then PN would also wanted to buy 11 twin engines as MPAs and 2 for AEW&Cs.

SA has no manufactaring capability.

They can not claim this is a Iranian design. There might have been some development in Iran but if it is a derivative of an Antonov design that means its not completely Iranian. Not so much credit due as first thought. Keep trying.
