I think @jarves has already quoted the relevant part, I have nothing more to add. Am glad more and more Indians now know how unfair this Teesta deal would have been for India, and how treacherous Bangladesh has been trying to cheat India by building its irrigation canals.
There is no point arguing with these Bangladeshis, they ll just keep going round and round in circles, and when they get sick of doing that, they ll just start a new thread
