Tata Nano is a shit box. it takes 45 sec to reach 100 km/hr.

45 sec? Lol... But anyway, with its 600 cc engine, it is just a four-wheel version of tuk tuk...

If not for the reason of being embarrassing, one would rather get something brand new like this (EV for the old folks) which cost ~$1,000:

I once met a small car like this on the highway. It run damn fast, overtook me and disppeared from the flow in minutes. I very worry about his safety!

Haha, those guys are really crazy. They don't have a license plate, so they can run a red light without any punishment... But I don't think the Tata Nano will be much better in terms of safty

Nah, the car has license plate, two seats, and the plate is for electric car in different color.
The highway's speed limit is 80-120 kmph.

Some places have better regulations. The green license plate is for EV and PHEV, etc.
