Stop your nonesense. Its a fact that the Indian military does not use heavy equipment ie tanks or gunships against Kashmiri terrorists even if trained across the border. The heaviest gun they use is Gustav. Reason being for limited action is because the IA actually performs COIN and considers Kasmiris as Indians. what that mean is that they can not be heavy handed as collateral damage would be on the media and the sitting government in karhmir would squeeze their balls.
Pakistan on the other hand in Warziristan and Balochistan, actually is in a real WAR. And they are using drones, F-16s, JF-17s and even tanks some of which have been dystroyed by RPGs. This is because the Pakistan army either doesn't have the resources to do COIN in large scale or can not take large casualties or number 1 reason, does not want to use large number of troops. What they are doing in these regions is LIC. Low Intensity Conflict. Same thing NATO did in Afganistan, and America in Iraq. Its basically war. This has reduced the professionalism of the Pakistan army, because they can not provide security on a large scale in their own borders. West of Indus is a mess.

India to target Pak over its dubious record on terror funding

After raising the issue of terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba’s operations chief Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi’s release with the United Nations, India is now going to target Pakistan on its dubious record on terror funding at another multilateral forum, the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) on money laundering, sources told HT.

India and Pakistan are both members of the Asia/Pacific Group (APG) on money laundering which is an affiliated body of the FATF.

“After amending its laws to strictly deal with money laundering and terror financing, Pakistan has become a compliant member of the group but on ground the reality is different. It has not taken any action against globally designated terrorists like Hafiz Mohammad Saeed and Dawood Ibrahim or put a freeze on their assets. It has provided free sanctuary and financial freedom to these terrorists and that’s what we are going to highlight when the FATF plenary takes place in Australia’s Brisbane next month,” said a senior government functionary associated with the exercise.

The official added that evidence of Pakistan’s role in funding terror in India is being gathered and it will be presented before the FATF’s International Cooperation Review Group (ICRG) that analyses high-risk countries and recommend actions to address the money laundering or terror financing risks emanating from them.
Central Intelligence agencies, investigation agencies and state police have been asked to provide details of Pakistan’s complicity in financing terror in India, said sources.

The FATF was established in 1989 as an inter-governmental body with the objective of setting standards and promote effective implementation of legal, regulatory and operational measures for combating money laundering and terrorist financing.

According to government sources, the coming FATF plenary will also focus on activities of Islamic State (IS) which has emerged as global terror threat.

The major funding is being done by ME not by Pakistan

IA,IAF,IN,are not directly used in areas where external entities are not involved. Hence,against the fight against Naxals,IA or IAF is not directly involved. IAF Helos and UAVs are used in support roles. Our paramilitary forces (BSF,CRPF) carry out anti-naxal Ops.
In Kashmir,where external entities are used,Army,Air Force and Navy are directly involved along with other Paramilitary forces. Tanks and IFVs are used.

Again my friend,IA,IAF or IN is not used against Indians. They are used whenever participation of an external entities in there. In the source you gave,the keyword is "infiltrate". Had we used IA against Maoists,they wouldve been finished by now. This doesnt mean our paramilitary forces wont use heavy weapons,ideas of giving light attack aircraft to anti naxal ops have been around for a while.
