Taliban will take over Afghanistan in 2017: All 16 US Intelligence agencies predict

When did Taliban make first attack on US? The 9/11 was never proved. Taliban were made by Pakistan to fight against Russia in Afghanistan to safeguard the interests of US, try doing some research

bhai news recorder,

please play the record again. Because your recorder skipped some important details.

1. 1979-1985 Muj fought against Commies. So they were supported by USA.

2. 1992-2001 Talibarbarians had nothing to do with Commies. As commies were long gone.

And talibarbarians simply bombed and killed other Afghanistanis. not commies. And thus were not supported by USA.

Pakistan's hand was forced into it because initially Talibarbarians promised us that they will bring peace in Afghanistan and move away from destabilizing the neighborhood.

It turned out to be false promise.

It was totally against Pakistani wishes that they forcibly shave off our football players who went to Afghanistan to play a friendly match during Mullah Tullah Omer's misrule.

You say you write news?

I think not!

Apparently, you did not do the research.
The question is that why US supported mujahideen against Russia? General Akhtar Abdul Rehman and General Hameed Gul made and trained Talibans and were given arms and ammunition by US.
After the departure of Russia, Tajik and Uzbek Generals occupied the control of Afghanistan and Taliban went back to their seminaries.
Later, because of the 'golden rule' of General Ismail, Dostam and others when men were marring men, tourists were raped and loated (all is in the media reports), only then Mullah Mohammad Umar stood up to these animal instincts.

Back then no one called them Taliban.

They were simply Muj, who went to USA for money and weapons. from 1979(80)-1985(6)

You are confused between Muj and Taliban and that's what I pointed out in my previous post.

Hope this clarifies.

Taliban will be back and they will rule again and USA will be defeated and humiliated

So as Pakistan. Taliban are very unhappy with the role pakistan played in dis-mentaling the Taliban regime from Afghanistan.

As far as Afghan Taliban yes they were pissed of on us still they haven't done any thing against us not single operation.

Because they are hide in Pakistan now and it is not in their interest to mess Pakistan right now. Once they come in power in Afghanist (as it is predicted), Equations shall change. The Talibans who do not look enemical to Pakistan right now may turn out be anti pakistan later on.

They hardly hide in Pakistan, and even after they came in power in Afghanistan we are not worried but you should be

US report predicts chaos in Afghanistan

Progress in Afghanistan over the past three years is likely to be seriously eroded by 2017 even if Western powers continue to support Kabul financially, the Washington Post has reported, citing an intelligence assessment.

A new National Intelligence Estimate, which includes input from 16 US intelligence agencies, predicts that the Taliban and other powerbrokers will increase their influence even if the United States leaves behind a few thousand troops and continues to fund authorities in Kabul, the Post said in its Sunday edition.

US-led NATO forces are withdrawing from Afghanistan after more than a decade of fighting the Taliban, but negotiations have stalled on a security accord that would allow some US and NATO troops to stay after 2014.

President Hamid Karzai first endorsed the deal, which lays out rules for US troops, and would be the basis for other NATO forces, but later said it might not be signed until after the April election that will choose his successor.

Signing the agreement is a precondition for the delivery of billions of dollars in Western aid for Afghanistan over the next years.

The Post, citing officials who have seen the intelligence report, said that Afghanistan will likely plunge into chaos if the security agreement is not signed.

"In the absence of a continuing presence and continuing financial support," the intelligence assessment "suggests the situation would deteriorate very rapidly," a US official familiar with the report told the Post, speaking on condition of anonymity.

However one official told the Post that the assessment was too pessimistic, and that there were too many variables to accurately predict Afghanistan's future.

Some officials also believe that Afghanistan's security forces are better prepared than the report states.

"I think what we're going to see is a recalibration of political power, territory and that kind of thing. It's not going to be an inevitable rise of the Taliban," a US official who thought the report was too negative told the Post.

The previous National Intelligence Estimate on Afghanistan came out three years ago, in December 2010. Such reports are typically produced ahead of major policy decisions.

US intell is predicting this to force the US admin not to withdraw 100% from AFG after 2016. it may end up as reality after $ 60 billion was spent on building the afghan military.

Though i believe Afghan national army is now strong enough to fight them

I donot see it, Afghan Army aka Norther Alliance group under Indian-US influence is a grand failure...before India lost to Pakistan when it sided with Soviet, and now again as usual lost. Target India more and more.

The Afghan Tajik aka ANA Cycle:

- Wake up Smoke Hashish
-Rape a tea boy
- Get defeated by Taliban
-Blame Pakistan Smoke
-Hashish again

Repeat Cycle

They hardly hide in Pakistan, and even after they came in power in Afghanistan we are not worried but you should be

How should we worry? We do not have any enmity with them. They have an eye on your nuclear stockpile. They will certainly try to bring in their proxy government into Pakistan.

Really well they don't think that

What we can conclude from the article is, that, we got two years to secure our boader...
Best way would be to
1)take fata into confiedence, whole fata,
2)propers milltery cantonments
3)drones on boader day&night , + street intel
4)support education on both sides of boader
5)get the verbal support of local peacefull afghanistani
6) try to get them to peace treaty..
Then prepare for the worst & hope for the best.
