I see no difference, one of them may seem more brutal and gory, it's just that world has gotten over the shock of talibs gradually, compared to this abrupt and rude shock of ISIS, something which none of us had heard of ever before.

I don't know, that's a tough one. Maybe Afghan Taliban is not as bad, but the TTP are like ISIS if not worse. The kind of videos you see of TTP of making a child do a beheading, playing football with a human head, lining up prisoners before shooting them. I'm sure Shakir Wahiyib must have taken his inspiration from them
