Umm.... And this is coming from you? Seriously??
Do you see how China tried covering up multiple accidents? Also, Japan's media receives no orders from the government, though there may be some collusion.
China has state owned, regulated and censored media, as well social media, which gives government and CCP a free reign in blocking information if it chooses to do so.
This kind of parochial thinking is so regressive, and would be against your country's best interests.
As I say, and I repeat, Japan has the advantage of:
- A culture of precision and quality, (something well recognized by Chinese themselves who flock to buy western or Japanese brands and products for their quality)
- Access to the US, European markets and expertise.
- Benefit of time. Japan has been a technology innovator for far too long, and even leads in some fundamental things used in defense technology like carbon fibres etc.
They are also well known for having a F-16 replica at double the cost and an extremely over-budget T90 tank with German parts that cost more than the German tanks.
In addition they also have the proven to lie like "Japanese trains have never had accidents" when one resulting in 100+ deaths occured right in 2005 and then the entire Fukushima coverup.
If you want to go by historical records: China's fission to fusion transition in nuclear weapons was 32 months, the shortest of any country out there and in absolute terms, got thermonuclear warheads before France. In addition, the first Chinese fusion weapon was air-dropped while Ivy Mike in the US was an entire building, so what do you have to say about that?
