We have so many Ram and so many Krishna's in India, are they all GODs or have godly character or do we avoid putting them in JAIL when they are proved guilty.

Some people put names because they like how it sounds, some put because they like the meaning of name and some put it because someone with same name was great person in history. So without knowing why a name is chosen, it doesnt make sense to relate with your learning and not with parents understandings.

The bold part shows that misunderstanding you have. Why would anyone be frustrated if an Abkar or Ashok is mending punctures on road side. Those names are given to them by there parents and loved ones.

Its also common to get irked when someone names their kid after a sociopath mass murderer of some infamy in that society, while continue living in that society and hence attempting to glorify that action and idolizing it.

Eww, when was the last time this guy took a shower or brush his teeth?
