T-129B Helicopter ready to take on the Apache and Super Cobra

This is like comparing a Cadillac (Upgrade), to a new Buggatti-Mercedes.
The fact is that the T-129 is on the market and is being put forward as a serious competition to the famous Apache helicopter, so it must have what it takes to enter the competition in he first place.

of course, my friend T-129 is not a complated helicopter yet..we are talking proposal.
l dont know what it takes..but follow Korean news..
T-129 and AH-64 are in different catagories

It might be like the F-16 and the F-15, two different categories but the f-16 is more successful on the world market, price and mostly maintenance play a role, the other roles are combat related.
The T-129 design is based on a proven Italian design, now it is a JV and is Turkish made.

The Cobra has been in service since the 1960's. You have about 50 years of continous upgrades, and improvements.
It is battle proven, which is why it is still in service with the US.

I'd go with the cobra. And the Apache is something entirely different.

Why doesn't Pakistan acquire T-129B Gunships from our Turkish Brothers?

Infact, they have been used extensively against the PKK and Pakistan faces similar struggles against the TTP.

Pakistan is being kept in the loop, and is in negotiations with Turkey about the T-129B, Turkey has full legal rights to sell the helo on, so no problem with that. Finance will be the only point to consider if it wins the PA's approval.

1...T-129 has better fligth performance than AH-64
2... you can add on T-129 a lot of alternate electro-optic system..if you have enougth money
3....say me where AH-64 fullmeaningly used at a war? ..don't tell standing ducks of Saddam..
4...when terrorist groups hear sound of a heli..they are hiding in a hole..most of helis return to base without using their all misilles...and now everybody looking for cheap , light missiles
but if you need 2xT-129 can carry 16 Helfire or equivalent..
