Because :So what's with all the complaints?
Syrian Military should use Intercept protocol.Call for Intention before fire missiles. It's a well know fact. You cant just shoot a plane even it is your territory.
Because all were accidents and I doubt you ever got your hands on SAS on a small boat in waters that is not defined clearly on which side of the border. They don't let women in SAS. RQ 170 accidentally flying into Iran not enough to cause a ruckus because we know it was an accident and not intentional by Iran to steal it.
Oh and what is this other plane you hit you are referring to?
LMAOOO Turkey got f*****. The plane crashed in Syrian territory yet they claiming there was no border violation, what a joke. This is what you get for harbouring and supplying weapons to terrorists.
can't fight your own wars buddy? need us to save your *** after provoking a war?
whoa, idune Bhai, didn't expect to see this coming from you.
Actually mid-east now is going through creative chaos. Do you know internal situation in Syria? Alawi's are barely Muslim, Iranian Shia's have tried to bring them into twelver shia from their deviant "Nusayri" ways. They used to be serf's under Ottoman, essentially village farm labor. They got chance under the French and became top dawg's by monopolizing the military and security forces and then Hafez Assad got power in a coup. They have been oppressing the 80% Sunni majority for decades.
The Alawi dominated Assad regime will be ousted, its just a matter of time. I am surprised to see you are taking their side. Both Russia and China made a strategic blunder in my opinion.
Arab lands in Asia will get consolidated under US/West alliance while Turkey and KSA will be the main two powers managing this region, according to my projection.
Just my personal view.
Buddy, you don't do these kind of things when the country is at war. Syria is at war with the terrorist rebels inside its territory and it's being bullied by NATO and their dogs in the ME (GCC).The plane was 1 km inside Syrian territory, and there were no warnings nor escorts from Syrian side. Alot of countries violates their neighbors territories but when they are warned they back up, it's unusual to shoot down a plane without a warning. That's an act of war.
Turkey should rain bombs on Assad's palace during this night as an answer to this.

They're on their toes. Of course they're going to engage and shoot down anything that goes in their territory.
I'm shocked that you expect anything but.
I checked the newspapers and all of them quoted "all necessary steps will be executed" which means nothing will happen. We will just demand an apology and compensation. That is it.
Although I do not like the methods of the Israeli government, sometimes I say I wish we could be like them when it is necessary.
You know what's rotten? Killing hundreds of thousands of Iraqis to remove Saddam after helping Saddam for decades kill his own people and IRanians. Now that's rotten. And it's just one example.I wouldn't put it that way, but yes, I'm sure the gunners are very nervous. As it was AAA, they are probably shocked they hit it (there is always the chance of the golden BB). Anyways, despite the face the Syrians are putting on it, I'm sure they realise this did them no good. As I said, nervous gunners in a nervous country firing a weapon that seldom has effect) However, in the current climate it was darn stupid, and yes, gives the powers that want a quick resolution a convenient excuse (the regime is rotten to the core, any Army that massacres its own is sad, but I was hoping the Syrians would resolve it themselves). I promise you, if Turkey does have to answer this, they won't be alone though.
When USA gets smacked in the face and they have no good response, they call it "stupid."I wouldn't put it that way, but yes, I'm sure the gunners are very nervous. Then NATO will face a crushing Russian attack just like Georgia did. Good thing the Bulava just entered service.
Syria said Friday it shot down a Turkish military plane that entered Syrian air space, and Turkey vowed to “determinedly take necessary steps” in response.

So save me the crocodile tears and kindly move out of the way. No time for your "america fuk ya" bs.
It's nobodies business but the Syrians. If the rebels cared about human life, they wouldn't fight the regime with bullets and have people die in the middle. The fact of the matter is that these arab countries are all tribal and secterian societies who live by the sword. Their societites are built in a way that such conflicts are simply a reality (Iraq, Libya, yemen, syria, Bahrain...). It's up to them to change their way of life. Supporting one side with weapons to kill the other is the most idiotic solution to any conflict, be it with words or with arms and intel. These societies need to learn to grow up and leave their tribalist and secterian ways of life in the sixth century.
A Syrian official reaction:
Syrian Arab news agency - SANA - Syria : Syria news ::
That does not make any sense. So according to them plane was coming at very low altitude from west (ie it was flying towards the shore), Syrians shot it down when it was 1 km away from land, but it crashed 10 km from shore.
They obviously missed physics lessons at school.
