Syrian air defense forces intercepted nearly 13 cruise missiles // Syrian people on the streets

We’ll Russian were so sure that Syrian air Defence was up to task, they were celebrating for good reasons..The Syrian were up to task..70 shot down out of 103 is pretty incredible..It deflated Trump’s ego, Pulled the piédestal under Micron and the gengivitis from the Brits gum...and of course Arab States lost their bowel after they footed the bill..They were so sure that they will be entertained by the good show of force...but as usual they end up looking for rocks to clean up their derriere..and they did it , this time , with their right hand...

A Pakistani General And an Egyptian private consoling each other :rofl::rofl::rofl:

Here's the long awaited Russian response:

It's just another round of hot gas.

@Falcon29

I suspect that much of the action was over by the time news coverage began. Then Syrians unloaded some flares into the sky which exploded and gave the impression that cruise missiles were being intercepted.

Stop embarrassing yourself.

What flares does Syria have that fly at thousands of miles per hour, turn quickly and have an exploding warhead? It’s sad how people like you can be duped into believing anything based on clueless reporters.

What is the name of these flares? Surely they are Soviet made so it cannot be hard to narrow down unfortunately for you nothing like that exists.

Woah, wait a minute,my friend! While I agreed with the "after the fact" part of your quote, how would the Syrians unload iridium flares into the sky? Creating iridium flares is a rather complicated process using satellite and com antennas and sunlight. That part doesn't make any sense TBH.

There was no flares, it was a journalistic error. Just like there was no chemical or biological weapons in any of the buildings hit. If there would be thousands of people would be dead and hospitalized due to being exposed to these supposed chemical and biological agents. Satellite images shows plums of smoke from the airstrikes descending on heavily populated areas.

This is another example of people being duped just like they were duped by the fake WMD and babies being thrown out of incubators.

But why wud us,uk, france waste billion dollars in razing down vacant buildings? Makes no sense?

Also i want others to answer this point if there were chemical weapons on sites then even if those sites are off limits for people , the chemical waste and fumes released from the sites can travel upto long distances with winds and cause serious human health damage. So how come people have ignored this point raised by ptldm

Instead of shooting down cruise missiles in an futile attempt, they should had tried to shoot down US, Britian and French Jets. Imagine colation jets being shot down and their pilots held captive. That would have meant something. Shooting down 13 cruise missiles out of 125 does not mean a damn thing to the allied forces.

The CM's were launched from NAVAL platforms. And I agree, Syria should have retaliated against the targets from where these attacks originated.

How did the S 400 respond this time?

S-400 Units are protecting only Russian forces; Western attacks in Syria were not anywhere close to where the S-400 were deployed.

.
Summary of this whole fiasco is.
Just to put pressure on Syrian Government and its Allies Russia and Iran that goons in Washington and their lapdogs in London and Paris will respond if their Plans are countered in Syria.
i.e the Kurdish Project in Northern Syria and Alqaeda in Al-Tanf area backed by the NATO US-Britain-France,
The Wahabi lala land in the North-Western Syria supported by NATO Turkey.
And a clear message that no one can mess with bloated Ego of the West.

Lesson to learn? Go nuke every free world country. Create a deterrent to thwart this mad dog war machine. Or be invaded

The question is, is the claims of intercepting the missile credible?

We perform some technical analysis.

First USA should be firing
- BGM-109 Tomahawk

Tomahawk has a speed of around 900 km/h, not too difficult to intercept by air defence, especially if Russia is supporting them by AWAC look down radar. (the low attitude of such missile can be a little tricky for conventional ground base radar)

What is significant is SAA has no modern arsenal such as S300/S400. Else likely 90% will be intercepted.

It was a PR stunt to give the illusion the West is doing something, they realize that Syria is a lost cause and their “rebels” have all but lost. It was also a threat to Russia, Iran and Syria.

It was also bad PR for Russia, the west is painting Russia partly responsible for the latest “chemical attacks”. The fairy tail ends with the white nights swooping in and destroying fake chemical factories.

What is funnier is that the west is too stupid to realize that by hitting dozens of supposed chemical and biological warfare factories located near populated areas there would be many deaths due to chemical and biological weapons exposure....can you say duped?

By now it is well established that some of the missiles have been shot down, we have wreckage, videos of explosives from proximity fuses from warheads over the sky of Syria and even the SOHR, which is often cited by western governments revealed that around 65 missiles were destroyed.

People forget Syria downed Israel and Turkish warplanes, they used a modern Patsir to down a Turkish warplane.

Russia downed dozens of small jihadists drones as well as US, Turkish and Israeli drones spying on its military bases in Syria using the Patsir.

Russia also destroyed many improvised mortars and in testing footage have destroyed many small UAVs and missiles using the Patrsir. It’s a proven system, it’s funny to believe that Tomahawks, which are slow and the size of a school bus will get past a Patsir.

They destroyed a 'research facility' in Damascus [and] the Him Shinshar chemical weapons storage facility near Homs separately during the course of their strikes.

Dana White stressed that the operation was different from the strike on Syria’s Shayrat Air Base and focused on neutering Assad’s chemical weapons production capability rather than delivery platforms.

You can learn more from this thread: https://defence.pk/pdf/threads/damage-assessment-of-strikes-in-syria-by-nato-what-was-struck.553781/

They also asserted that they wanted to avoid civilian casualties in the process. This is why they struck when majority of people would be asleep and activity would be minimum. Objective was not to kill people and/or to topple Assad-led regime.

The 'research facility' in question did not contain chemical weapons but lot of documentation/records would be there which would be crucial for chemical weapons program.

They hit the RESEARCH center in Damascus and 2 stores in open areas. So no exposure.

There is no any wrecks of missiles. Means ZERO was shot down.

People forget Syria downed Israel and Turkish warplanes, they used a modern Patsir to down a Turkish warplane.
In order to down 1 high flying Israeli plane in pre planned ambush they used 27 missiles.

Now u are telling me they managed to shot down 71 low flying missiles with very and super low RCS?

Russia downed dozens of small jihadists drones as well as US, Turkish and Israeli drones spying on its military bases in Syria using the Patsir.
DIY drones made of clay and sticks manages to fly 40+ kms through Russian heavily defended airspace and then successfully attack most heavily defended airbase.

But Assadists with ancient soviet rockets managed to shot down all stealthy skimming missiles targeted at their airbases.

Don't flatter yourself.

What gives Russia bad PR is that they are bombing Syrian cities on a daily bases in support of a dictator who slaughters his own people to keep in power.

And don't try to sell us the fantasy that Rusia is there to fight terrorists. There are many places in the world where there are terrorists and we don't see Russia sending planes there. The only reason Russia is bombing in Syria is to protect its naval facility in Tartus and their investments in the country.

If it was America bombing cities full with civilians of another country on a daily basis for years , i am sure you would had something to say ... So would other here who turn a blind eye to Russia actions.

Meet Hassan, Ali, Hafez and Bashar.

They shot down with bare hands 176 Tomahawks and 23 Scalps. Then they teared them up and ate. Thats why no wrecks remained to show.

Some of those facilities were said to house chemical agents. Research facilities would have them also. I also don’t think you need research facilities to make chlorine, it’s easily made from off the shelf products

There is wreckage from a French missile. Even the sticker labels are intact, so it was likely not recovered from the burning target.

Russia destroyed a swarm attack by 13 simultaneous drones. Israel sometimes can’t even stop a single drone. It sent F-15s and Patriot missile to shoot down a Russian drone and failed.

A bunch of those missiles hit dirt

Research facilities have very tiny amount if at all.

Sticker is the only thing they managed to recover too small wreck for a shot down missile. Most possible it was recovered from one of missiles which missed and landed in the field. Here u can see two:

Here is a REAL wreck of shot down Tomahawk in Yugoslavia:

Russia destroyed a swarm attack by 13 simultaneous drones.
Russia claims that. 99% of Russian claims are lie. Shitty DIY drones managed to fly over 40 kms in Russian dense controlled airspace and successfully hit the most protected base.

But Assadists on the other hand shot down all stealthy skimming missiles directed at their bases with old Soviet SAMs :sarcastic:
