Syrian air defense forces intercepted nearly 13 cruise missiles // Syrian people on the streets

We’ll Russian were so sure that Syrian air Defence was up to task, they were celebrating for good reasons..The Syrian were up to task..70 shot down out of 103 is pretty incredible..It deflated Trump’s ego, Pulled the piédestal under Micron and the gengivitis from the Brits gum...and of course Arab States lost their bowel after they footed the bill..They were so sure that they will be entertained by the good show of force...but as usual they end up looking for rocks to clean up their derriere..and they did it , this time , with their right hand...

A Pakistani General And an Egyptian private consoling each other :rofl::rofl::rofl:
How about YOU provide concrete evidence of such outlandish claims? Is that how one Syrian SAM ended up in Turkey?

And if we are supposed to take such outlandish claims at face value then Iran should really worry because its beautiful arsenal of missiles is obsolete. This goes both ways, my friend.

You are like your Pals embellishing the destruction of the missile raid , that even the respective newspaper of the countries that conducted the attack’s are doubting these claims , termed them of fanciful and Even Raytheon is under scrutiny..
I know the Syrian war is upsetting to each side of the conflict..but you seem educated and intelligent, use your brain..
Wether it was a set up, a comedy or a real success of the Syrian air Defence, nobody will know until 20 or 30 years from now..
With pictures and report from sources that were not under the US pressure, the Syrian foild the attack and were successful..no death on the ground, and no damages to their functioning installation..
That’s where it stands now..

He is a General..he knows ...Corporals do not...especially a Masri one.:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:
By the way I saw your pilot with 4000 hrs of flying time, I was wondering if your typewriter “0” key was stuck...
You start believing in Scheherazade folks stories..feel sorry for you...

I am looking at these matters from technical standpoint.

Assad regime (and Russians) have constructed a silly narrative for face-saving; simple as that. They have failed to provide 'concrete evidence' of dozens of intercepts. Amateurish footage(s) of developments over Damascus are useless junk.

Iraqi defenses were much more formidable in 1991:

- and Tomahawk cruise missiles still slipped through and struck numerous targets there.

Keep in mind that Pentagon would have recordings of every strike because every missile is equipped with onboard camera and stuff which provide live feed of its flight path (and engagement) to a center of operations. In-fact, Pentagon disclosed how many SAM were unloaded by Syrian defenses to counter any barrage - 40 in total.

I would take their disclosures seriously because I know how resourceful they are. Countries on the receiving end tend to construct silly narratives for face-saving; Syria is not alone in this regard - same is true for Iraq, Iran and even Pakistan.

Without trying to reply to every phrase you wrote..The Pentagone doctored the Iraqi tapes then and doctoring them for obvious reasons..
There is a 50 years technology that defeated the best that of the 21st century technology..I will lie too..Too many things are at stake..especially for the US..from their industries to Wall Street ...

.
Where are the cruise missiles in there? [complete lack of noises]. I see SAM going up and then exploding. Heck, some of those objects might actually be flares.

Watch this video:

You can clearly hear cruise missiles coming and hitting targets.

Emphasis mine. Cruise missiles produce lot of noise.

They succeeded in destroying what they wanted to; Pentagon provided evidence of their strikes.

Assad (and Russians) are free to cry! My condolences.

First they shot down 13 missiles, now it's 71, what will the number be tomorrow, 130?
Russian trolls spreading false information.

Suush, time to take a nap or a timeout in the corner and let the adults talk.

Watch this:

Too bad they don't show the impact. Combined CMs that tight in close formation would be better off separating and hitting at different intervals. Also the firing sequence is more spaced apart for 7 of them to end up in tight formation like that, unless they're capable of firing all 7 at once. Some are claiming those are JDAMs but that doesn't seem likely.

It's footage from Ukraine actually. Looks like Grad rocket fire.

Where did you get that it was Ukrainian footage? ABC posted that video also.

Syrian defence system is much better then Saddam system . They learn alot after this long war and lately constantly dealing with Isereali missile attack or Israeli incursion in Syria.

Despite both sides claims honestly perhaps both sides got their objectives. The Syrian defenses are of not latest versions yet have shown some credibility in the past even against Israelis. Even if they have had mighty USA latest SAMS one cannot surely say the could have intercepted 100+ CMs of latest versions. The damage was imminent and happened however the interception of even 20-30 missiles is a moral booster for Syrians/Allies.
Even the effectiveness of Russian sams have increased their demand in international market, the Turkish have got a deal with Russia, and Pakistan is conducting discussions with Russia and have shown interest in SAMs openly. The international buyers are not dumb and have clear picture before them.

The missiles being intercepted in KSA are fired at most up to 2-4 by Houtis and they are of old era Scuds perhaps being made operational by help from Iran, thus being intercepted quite successfully.

I think you're 100% right, my friend! That looks like artillery or small rocket shelling rather than CMs and if you look closely, after the 3rd rocket hits, the power goes out in the entire city. That means they probably hit a power grid of some sorts which was not the case with the Syrian attacks. Plus all the impacts are spread out, contrary to the precision striking that took place in Syria. Good spot, bro! :enjoy:

I also think that CM impacts are not only larger than what's on that clip, but they create a larger fireball that lasts a bit longer.
