expand its power towards east???, man first turkey has to solve its PKK problem in the first place, its middle east policy only reflects its failed policy to completely enter into europe, seeing the impossible, now it intends to sit into sheikhs lap, and thus gain oil for friendship. we see kemalism destroyed now???

You don't worry about our PKK problem or our energy issues as both of those are being addressed. Plus this is hypocritical point. I don't think you should be criticizing/bringing up of all nations Turkey's problems.

Because public schools are government establishments they are not yours. If the government understands the separation of religion from government these bans should be implemented. On the other hand bans like the french are having are because they are trying to create an Anti-Islam establishment. They as the french government are taking a direct stance on Islam and basing it on french values.

countries like germany, france are well above turkey, turkey cant compete thes nations, the fact that countries like germany were davastated by world war and had a lot less chance and time to grow up, turkey following the western lines should have been well above them, but its not, so your saying that following kemalism, is a path of progress for other "muslim countries" is not true. nations design their own path of progress.

but communist china has got one thing in common with the west and that is rejection of religion in their government and istitutions. now i dont say to kill religion, but keep it personal and dont mix it with state affairs.

Yes but you also dismiss the fact that France and Germany had advantages in that they were already integrated in the west.Turkey was alone with mainly the U.S. moderating over it in the early days. Plus Turks had alot to do with building the German economy with our immigrant workforce. Do you seriously think if Turkey went after a neo-ottoman government we would have developed this much ?

They are schools for the people built by the government. So does that mean i can not follow dress codes at work ? If you don't like our public banning then get home schooled. Another issue you fail to grasp is Turkey follows its own agenda in banning what we deem against secularism and guess what ? If the majority is alright with it then it is fine. You have a problem with statues of our Leader ? There are many homes in turkey that also have pictures of him is that also because of government interference ?
