Um..civil behaviour/civilization? Both nations are progressive nations trying to improve their society and develop science and technology? Israel is at the forefront of dry land farming and is implementing many projects of agriculture technology in Gujarat and Rajasthan.

As i said , hatred for terrorists and a similar threat perception from jihadis is what brings these two countries together.It's common sense actually , but if choose not to believe it , it is up to you .
