I was actually talking about disqualification under article 62 and 63 and it should be applied on all politicians rather than just one politician. Nawaz sharif did not disqualified because of corruption charges any way. He was disqualified because he was not sadiq and ameen. Politicians have to declare their assets and source of earning before taking part in elections so you are not making any sense . also don't forget that top leaderships of PTI are actually left overs of others parties so they have been in politics for years before joining PTI. Court has all right to ask his money trail since he is living luxurious life while he has been left cricket long ago so we need to know what is his source of income which seem like stealing from funds and sakzat which he is collecting in the name of Hospital or change then he has people like Jehgir tareen and Haleem khan around him who are worse goons and corrupt to the crore
Imran Khan won't be disqualified for 62/63. The precedent set by the Court is that you cannot be held liable for dishonesty in your daily activities. The dishonesty must have happened under solemn affirmation, such as under oath to speak the truth or a form that has a signature.
JKT should be disqualified in my opinion because he is corrupt. However, 62/63 won't apply because of the same reasoning.
