Support for Dharna & Danga - Where does the money come from?

1. I know I have gained as a reputation as a PML-N apologist. I can not issue disclaimers each time I post. However, my support has been for the continuation of this system so that it can be reformed from within. We have made too many sacrifices to throw it away now.

2. I hated NS for storming SC. But he has been punished for that over the next 12 years. Now people wish to move on. Today we do not have a single leader who is unblemished. This is the crop that has been raised and this we must consume and hope for a better tomorrow.

3. Model Town tragedy is a total administrative *-up. It was meant to intimidate, but came out as a tragedy. Whoever is responsible needs to be punished - whether it is SS, or Rana Sanaullah, or Hamza Shahbaz, or any other. What is even more tragic is the politics being conducted over corpses. Instead of the relatives of the dead people, a political black-mailer wishes to exploit it. The FIR now registered is weak, politically motivated, and seeks to hide facts and give political twists. Read JIT report and see how and which facts have been distorted, misrepresented, and hidden. The perpetrators will eventually walk free just because of this FIR. If such a tragedy happens for plitics, and is exploited fro politics, then it is a slap in face of our system as well as those who claim to change it.

4. PTV is what it is. So is GEO. But both are better than ARY, which has been really badly exposed in the last few weeks. GEO has been taught a good lesson. Who will teach ARY?

5. Right now I am listening to JH tearing into PML-N and especially NS. This is how it is supposed to be done. He is more effective inside assembly than out on the streets. This is what IK should have done after pressurizing government. His narrow focus has done it.

6. If we can not believe and trust our constitution, nothing will ever work for us.

1. Dont fret it, the minute the PTI supporters find themselves on the backfoot with logic, they start returning to the pitiful roots of personal attacks.. TTAs included. Maybe we need to evaluate the criteria again.

5. That man is a true man of principles, yet yesterday the PTI hypocrites who were lambasting his reputation are suddenly all praises for him. Tells you exactly what this party is brining, hypocrisy.. or rather fanatical hypocrisy.

its basicly, is more to save thier crouptions but not for the poor peoples who cant even lodge thier FIRs?

A "badly working system" cannot be replaced by "no system".

Why does one need funds for such demonstrations? To each his own. Funds are basically required for food. These demonstrators just go home, have their meals like usual and come back to create mayhem again. (Not that the police are innocent bystanders!)

Funds are only needed for renting a container or two and providing meals to Qadri, Imran and their lieutenants. Sufficient party funds are available for this. Even volunteer groups/NGOs help out by providing food and water.

And imagine...20K demonstrators are holding the government and 250 million people of Pakistan to ransom! Does this motley crowd represent all Pakistanis? No! So why should Nawaz step down?

All this circus has been financed with a few million dollars worth of "support", not much in the greater scheme of things, to hold a nuclear armed country hostage to the wishes of the "angels".
