Does it really that important to talk about Reginal powers so much as they alone doesn't have that much say in international community??? Yes they can cry a little bit but in the end the only ones who can impact everyone with just their talks is just the NATO and Russia along with China combined (well atleast this is what I saw in Iran and Syria's case.

You were only winner in 71 when Russians save you, Pakistan was fighting in a hostile land surrounded by enemy's land from all 4 sides, whereas Sea route was blocked by Russians. The 90% local population was against Pakistan & there were terrorists groups too fighting against Pakistan.

99 was not your victory, you were humilated badly, very badly & 99 you can say diplomatic victory(only if nawaz sharif haven't obey his masters who throw $$ on him).

As for your question, a regional power has influence in the countries around them. Considering the WOT in Afghanistan could not have taken place (or taken place easily) without Pakistan, it is undeniable that Pakistan is a regional power. And of course we also have our "influence" in India as well.

Dude, same things applied to you. Israel atleast managed to win war with the help of US. You lost wars even with the help of US and lost half of your country in 1971 and surrendered to India. We live in reality and fully acknowledge that we lost 71.
But also know that the reason India won was because it faced a nation 6x smaller then it, who was in hostile territory, and had no back up.

You cannot compare Isreal to Pakistan.
Every year Isreal gets about 80% of US foreign aid.
US directly gets itself involved when Isreal is losing as in 76. And they are facing nations that are way less developed then them.

Accepting a lost without giving reasons is sign of big heart. We Indians accept our defeat in 1962 without giving long list of reasons. I think you should do the same. But who I am to suggest this. giving long reasons dont change the existence of Bangladesh.

lol, Israel was never sanctioned to buy weapons anytime in their history, Pakistan was sanctioned in 71 & US had stop supplying any kind of weapons. Also Israel was fighting on the land which it had direct access whereas Pakistan was fighting on the land completely blocked via land, air, sea by hostile forces. As for US aid importance, so no it is not important for Pakistan, Pakistan was doing well during whole decade of 90's(& most Pakistanis u see will say 90's was best era) & even now Pakistan is not getting any aid but Pakistan is still progressing.
