Had the petition actually been rejected by 4-3, this wouldn't have been a "dissenting" note but a part of the judgement ..


The matter had been referred to the Chief Justice for reconstitution of the bench on Feb 27. And the CJP reconstituted the bench. Everything is on record

No they are not.

The verdict stands, this is just a salty judge making a retarded remark which basically promotes breaking the law.

These fucking judges should have thought about respecting the sanctity of the Parliament before they decided to use the constitution as a toilet paper and proceed to illegally interfer with a speaker's decision and parliamentary decision.

Embarrassment for chief justice if it was 4-3.Did he impose minority verdict then.

He did not. It was 3-2 in favor of the petition.

Why would the CJP take the opinions of judges who recused themselves into consideration? If they had such problems they should have stayed.
