Pakistan..Because of:

*Nukes-biggest diterrent that makes any nation think twice from attacking pakistan.

*Highly professional military.

*Arsenal of ballistic missiles.

*ingenious arms production capability-from small arms to tanks and fighter planes.

*Highly armed civilian population(Which makes an invasion very hard)

*Culture that glorify military,war and even martyrdom.

I liked how you pointed out our Arms productions. There is no Muslim country besides Pakistan that produces indigenous/ingenious fighter jets, tanks, missiles/nukes. Moreover, there is indeed a war culture and Pakistanis are experts in Gorila War.

I would argue Turkey is an emerging country on the self-reliance note but still it cannot produce lets say F-16s without U.S approval/License/materials from lockheed martin.
