It is matter of great concern, that india is trying to control the foreign policy of independent states like US. At the same time it is dangerous for the stability of entire region. Indian lobbies continuously opposed sale of F-16s to Pakistan and they are worried that why US is selling F-16s to the country in a troubled relationship with india. However they failed to understand that how development of conventional capabilities of Pakistan is infact blessing for india as well?

Strong conventional war fighting capabilities of Pakistan and stable Pakistan is good for the stability of entire region. Peace is directly proportional with the stability and stability depends upon capacities and capabilities. Development of conventional war fighting capability and Nuclear threshold is interdependent on each other. Development of conventional strength of Pakistan will increse the nuclear threshold. Good for the india. I don't know why indian leaders can't understand that improvement in conventional capabilities of Pakistan is blessing for them.

Pakistan is facing multidimensional threats of terrorism from inside and outside its boundaries. In past few years 60,000 people sacrificed thier lives in Pakistan to build progressive and stable neighbour for India. To our surprise there are many confirm and unconfirmed reports about direct involvement of so called neighbour in this bloodshed. Now they are trying to resist capacity building of Pakistan against non state actors. Afterall no one wants to see dying thier assets with greater precision and it is thier last effort to save TTP from the precision strike capability of new F-16s

Indeed Sir... The fact is, India never understand such values of peaceful region or a peaceful country. Now the question would be raised as how peaceful Pakistan will be beneficial then i would say a peaceful neighbor is always in favor of stabilized country.


India never accepted the reality nor would ever try to do so or express such sanity openly as after all this how their elected governments earns the vote bank by believing upon Hindutva Extremism. Rather to come up with building relations with neighbors and a strong country itself, India believes on force and weapons much than diplomacy as well.


Pakistan intention never was threatening towards India i must say though the procurement programs of India are well noticed that she do not miss any opportunity of weapon sale or any seller window just because of self created insecurity phobia. India need to act like a responsible member of the region and should applause the efforts of Pakistan that we had lost thousands of lives fighting the terrorism which in last is not in favor of any party in this region. Indeed it has to be praised that Pakistan is continuously working and doing efforts for the betterment of the region.


Addition of such F-16s is no threat at all for India by any sane comparison as well. It has been clearly expressed by US & Pakistan regarding the use of these F-16s which is meant to be counter the threat of terrorists only but on other hand interestingly, India feels insecure because of these birds in Pakistan inventory. To me, it seems to be Indian national duty to oppose whatever mentions Pakistan and the same has been revealed to US & West as well so once again, relations are getting stronger. However, my opinion is, it should be all as balanced relations rather to tilt fully towards US, West, China or Russia. The procurement of more F-16s is about to fight the terrorism which may not end soon as it may take time, though I hope may not, but this is a disease that need a continue treatment unless terminated fully.


The threats we faced are also being loved by our neighbor to the some extents to live the dream of unstable Pakistan though we fought much better. Even in Afghan theater, which has less or nothing to do with India but most with Pakistan and yet India is fully playing his game only to counter the Pakistan. Despite all those evidences and dossiers indeed, US still do not want to loose India just because of China as US knows her influence in Pakistan wouldn't work in that case, China. US has also realized her vested interests in case of India into Afghanistan hence peace talks with Taliban are hosted by Pakistan in presence of Afghanistan, US and interestingly China.


Look at the acquisition of weapon by our Neighbor. It is clearly visible that India has no concern in case the region will suffer due to her intention and love of war that is much proved by way of proxy. India has been lobbying every corner post only in obsession of Pakistan which itself does not match her defence budget nor the size. Favoring the proxies indeed wouldn't favor the India as well in the end. Unrest in region especially in Pakistan will ultimately affect the peace within India. The security condition in India and some later attacks by separatists indicates that Indian policy is almost about to be failed in such aspects and if India still continue to favor such groups against Pakistan will eventually back fire and will hurt India badly.


There are many internal movements active in India as well so it is not out of the view that by any time, such sensitive arms or weapons could fall in hands of those separators and the same may lead to total destruction. India should step up of the level of hate only against Pakistan and need to act responsibly.


I hope that India may change her policy towards betterment of region and a better future for mankind as well.

I disagree that a STABLE Pakistan is GOOD for India.
Stable Pakistan means, no Terrorism, high influence of Pakistan on Afghanistan & Iran, high influence of China on Pakistan, prosperous Baluchistan, and Strong Military backed by strong economy.

Results for India? More insurgency in Kashmir, Stronger grip of Pakistan on vital issues in international community, NO land route for India to trade to Europe. ...................... Tell me how it is good for them?

They want Pakistan broken into pieces, FATA, KPK as part of Afghanistan, Azad Kashmir and GB as part of India, Independent state of Baluchistan.............. as long as our Military and Intelligence was busy against Terrorism via Afghanistan, India gained more strong grip on Kashmir................. they got chance to penetrate deeper and rise terror in Karachi and Baluchistan............ they tried their best to cripple Pakistan economy and declare it terrorists and failed state with Nuclear weapons.............. they tried their best to isolate Pakistan in international community........... all this ''randi rona'' of India is not because that Pakistan is getting some bad @$$ weapons, its because they lost their belief that they have managed to isolate Pakistan from WOrld Powers, and no one from Europe, Russia, Middle East and United States is interested in securing Pakistan its deep crisis.

Pakistan was stable in the 80's militarily as well as economically. Supported by US in the Afghan civil war. What it did? Unleash Khalistan and Kashmir terrorist inside India.

And now the ghosts of Afghan civil war haunts Pakistan. Karma. What goes around, comes around. India had already burnt her hands for supporting LTTE. But thankfully people were sane with no religious promise.

Pakistan position cannot improve unless ur society is deradicalised.
