Yes nice try. BTW, POTA, TADA etc have been repealed/lapsed. They are no longer in effect today. Its been almost a decade since POTA was repealed and almost 2 decades since TADA lapsed.

Thats what happens when terrorism and insurgency is sponsored from across the border. The blame solely is on Pakistan. If it wasnt for AFSPA and the UAPA, we wont be safe. That brutality in Kashmir although condemnable is a necessary evil.

If you see, this is the same tactic used by terrorists wherever there is a border conflict. Like in the Israel Palestine border for example. They will commit all kinds of crimes, attack and bomb soldiers and civilians, and when teh state cracks down, cite the human rights issue as if THAT is the reason for insurgency. Nope. Its land, and lets keep the focus there. When someone tries to steal land from us, and when they sponsor terrorism from across the border, then we will crack down with all our might. If someone really cares about Kashmiris, they shoudlnt sponsor these terrorists in the first place.
