Stray Dog stopped IAF aircraft from landing on Expressway

We lost a F-16 years ago to a hog . But I have to think that the IAF did not do their homework when attempting this highway landing exercise.

Perhaps some time with the Koreans or singapore folks might help give them perspective on highway operations.

The F-16 was lost during it's take off run, no chance to avoid and under normal circumstances, here you have a staged public show, security, FOD teams, special safety arrangements all in place. Imagine this scenario under operational or emergency conditions.

We have lost several precious birds in unexpected JAS collisions as far as I remember.
