Can someone please educate me as to what the dickens is 'Semi Stealth'? There's nothing on this planet that's 100% stealth anyway! Every aircraft is 'semi stealth' to varying degrees depending on how the the target is being acquired by radar. The RCS of an approaching aircraft would be much smaller than one acquired at an angle as well as reflectivity quotient of the surface.

The only fully stealth aircraft would be one having 'cloaking' technology which at present is in the realms of science fiction!

The F-15SE "Silent Eagle" isn't 100% stealthy. As I mentioned, nothing is. With added radar absorbent materials and modified tail all that has happened is that the radar signature of the F-15SE has decreased to some extent.

You are obviously new to this place. Things don't work like this in China. First an anonymous source tells us about a latest secret development that will come out XX/XX/XXXX. Then all the Chinese members rejoice over their country having achieved this and that without any help.
Then we finally come to realize that there was no such things as the source predicted but the Chinese members still under the influence of opium refuse to acknowledge the truths and then and we all just go look at some other forum to kill our time.

On December 19th 2010, Russian media said, China was "decades" away from a 5th generation plane and would be forced to buy the PAK-FA.

On December 20th 2010 the J-20 was spotted. It followed on to make 70+ documented test flights in the next year.
